Chuck E. Cheese - San Pedro Sula

I’m making this public on purpose every time I come into this particular business y’all are rude disrespectful mean spirited and it is not a good time whatsoever. I literally just walked out of that place. My daughter and I were trying to have fun. I paid for a drink, never got to drink a drink because they turned off the machines as we were leaving, so what’s the purpose of having a refill, or machine out? Then they cut the games off in the middle of playing and then the people say things that you like it’s closed I don’t give a flying hell I asked to talk to a manager. We waited 48 minutes for pizza when we arrived at 6:54 and I want my daughter to be able to have a good 45 minutes of playing time. She played for 37 minutes and then we ate and then we were trying to play for the last 10 minutes. It’s eight 11/2 of the time that I spent waiting was waiting to speak to a manager so it’s 759. They turn the machines off Horrible establishment and overpriced. The food was undercooked and lettuce was super wet for no reason.

Nostalgia for those who remember how good the pizza was as a kid

It is fine to take your little ones any afternnoon for some fun.

It is a good place for kids! Their pizza is very good, their French fries not so much. But, what I did not like was that I felt the prizes were too expensive, the smaller ones are not attractive enough and children these days are smart enough to know it and be dissatisfied with them.

Everything is very nice and the customer service is awesome. I also like that they keep their areas clean. I gave it 3 stars because too many machines (more than 4) were out of order when we went on 8/11. If this issue is fixed I'm sure next time I go I'll give I 5 stars.
