Nice rooftop where you can see SPS! Food was good-and-okay. The NY strip steak was a miss (very fatty and undercooked). The ribs were good. The appetizers were good. Everything else was ok. Cocktails were forgettable tbh. This place feels a bit more style than substance. Would come for the experience / view, but the food / service was underwhelming. Also pretty expensive! Needed reservation for Monday
If I could give it 6 stars I would! Amazing vibes with a great view of San Pedro Sula. Immaculate atmosphere and most importantly excellent service and attention to detail. You can tell that the ownership/management adopted best practices from high end dining and it shows. We ordered the Caesar salad, ribs, and a steak. All of them made to perfection. Ordered a bottle of Malbec and the experience was phenomenal. Will be back for sure!
Food is really good!! It’s a great experience. But the service is terrible. They have a bad policy when it comes to customer service. We asked for a glass of water, and they said they don’t give free water, they wanted me to buy a bottle. For me, this is an insult to a paying customer. You don’t deny water to any human being, and even worse, to a paying customer at a fine restaurant. We also took Mom for her birthday and asked if they offered something complimentary for the occasion, and they gave an astounding “no,” even though we were about to pay a pricey bill. Restaurant owners should understand small acts of kindness toward the customer are an investment, and converts in more sales. Even fast food restaurants and small businesses understand this better; it makes the customer feel special and makes them want to return. I think this is something they should really consider. Overall, we felt the service was not at the standard we expected for fine dining. Food however, was good. Kudos to the chef.
Dining at #cimarooftop in #sanpedrosula #honduras was a delight! The contemporary twist on traditional Honduran cuisine was impressive, and the inventive cocktails were a nice touch. The service was top-notch, making for a truly lovely experience.
