Cafetería Pamplona

This is a classic old gem of San Pedro Sula. Coffee is delicious and the ladies sin service are nice and kind.

Cute Spanish Diner on Central Park. Local Tipico and American breakfasts and lunch. I had the morning tipico special of eggs your way, cheese, beans, ham, and white bread toast (not much to look at, but protein & carbs, good for walking around town all day). Served with fresh OJ and Honduran coffee, was only L.89, plus tip. Cafe was busy, but the service was fast and friendly. Dining area is clean and comfortable, with a few front window tables with promenade views.

This small cafe and restaurant offers a good variety of alternative Spanish dishes. Perhaps this places is a good option for breakfast or coffee or cocoa and some pastries. However, they offer a good lunch. The service is good with no much of a wait. The prices and clientele seem to be more local. We wanted to try the paella, but since it is made in the spot, it takes 45 min. Perhaps worth the wait if you have the time. There is free wi-fi available, although it was not working when we visited.
