Factory Steak & Lobster

All I have to say is that I had the best paella ever. I got to the hotel late and this attached restaurant was about to close but it was still open for room service so I went back to my room and order this delicious food that was so fresh and tasty.

Nice location, the attention and service was great, it's a bit on the pricey side however the food is delicious. Very much recommended

What an incredible experience! We were on the way home from Copan Ruinas, having cut our trip short because my son broke his arm and the local orthopedist suggested that he would need surgery and it would be cheaper to go home for that given our health insurance. So needless to say, we weren't in the best of moods on the evening we visited this restaurant. First of all, our server Freddy not only introduced himself, but asked all three of our names and addressed us thusly for the duration of our meal. Second, the food was incredible. My son and I shared a ribeye which was done to perfection. We also had plantains a la gloria which were like dessert - super delicious. Third, speaking of dessert (!) we did not order any. However Freddy clearly noticed that our son needed cheering up and brought us an amazing surprise. It literally brought tears to our eyes, it was so thoughtful and so... well, just what we needed, given how depressing it was to have an injured kid and to have to cut our trip short. I cannot recommend this restaurant highly enough, and Freddy specifically is wonderful.
